WASHINGTON (October 17, 2017) – After consecutive double overtime victories, Coach
Brent Leiba and the Howard University Women's Soccer team continues its home stretch with their final nonconference match against Yale. Wednesday's contest starts 7 p.m. at Greene Stadium.
MATCHUP PREVIEW
Wednesday night's matchup will be the first meeting between Yale and HU.
Yale (8-3-2) has already surpassed its overall win total from a year ago while seeking its first 10-win season since 2009. Michelle Alozie is tied for second in the Ivy-League with 19 points and tied for fourth with seven goals.
HU (7-8) is playing the third of five straight home matches to close out the regular season. Howard has won five of its last six contests, including a 2-1 double OT victory over Jackson State. Senior
