Howard owns a 1-0 series advantage. In the program's first meeting (Oct. 16, 2025), the Bison protected a first-half goal to shutout the Chargers, 1-0, at Greene Stadium.

th season and has brought the program to national prominence during his tenure. He is the winningest coach in school history, nearing 150 victories and a future Hall of Famer.

UNH carries a 1-6-1 record after a 1-0 road loss to UMass Lowell.
The Chargers have scored four goals through eight matches. Grace Simpson leads New Haven with two goals while Emma Mitchell has one goal and one assist.
New Haven goalkeepers have combined for 47 saves.

On Sept. 13, Howard fell to Richmond, 4-1.
The Spiders scored twice within three minutes late in the first half before Bolden converted a penalty kick in the 57
th minute, cutting the deficit to 2-1. The goal was her second in as many matches after she scored twice at La Salle (Sept. 6).
