Harris Wins HBCU All-Stars Player of the Week

New York native recognized for his incredible performance against the Spartans

INDIANAPOLIS (February 4, 2026) – HBCU All-Stars uncovered its 11th weekly awards for the 2025-26 campaign where Howard University graduate guard Bryce Harris (Brentwood, N.Y.) won Player of the Week. The announcement came Wednesday morning.
 
For the Week of Jan. 25-31, he averaged 27.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.0 blocks.
 
This season, Harris tops the MEAC (Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference) in rebounding (6.9 per game).
 
HBCU All-Stars LLC features the nation's top HBCU student-athletes from the MEAC (Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference), SWAC (Southeastern Athletic Conference), CIAA (Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association) and SIAC (Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference), along with Hampton, North Carolina A&T State and Tennessee State.
 
The 2026 HBCU All-Star Game, a college basketball showcase highlighting 24 of the best HBCU players in the country, will be held in Indianapolis at Corteva Coliseum on the Indiana State Fairgrounds (Sunday, April 5, 2026) and will air live on national television and streaming networks.
 
Howard will look to extend its streak, but more importantly, stay within striking distance of first place in the conference standings when it hosts South Carolina State Saturday (Feb. 7) at 4:30 p.m., inside Burr Gymnasium.
