JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (October 7, 2025) – Howard University men's golf team finished runner-up at the Red Flash Invitational, hosted by Saint Francis. The two-day, 54-hole event took place at the Sunnehanna Country Club (par-70, 7,028 yards) in Johnstown, Pa.
Collectively, HU shot 1-over par (841) during 54 holes of action with all five Bison placing in the top half.
Junior
Mathis Perroni (Metz, France) led the way, tying eighth overall (210, E) on the player leaderboard.
Fellow classmate
Marlon Jones fired 1-over par (211), tying for 14
th place, while California native
Bear Huff (Riverside) posted 2-over par (212), tying for 18
th overall.
Junior
Francisco Perez registered a 214 (+4), tying for 24
th place, and fellow classmate
Tariro November rounded out the Bison with a 6-over par (216) performance.
High Point won the 2025 Red Flash Invite after shooting 9-under par (831). Tully Super led the way, winning the individual crown with a 7-under par (203) effort.
Next up, the Bison will compete at the Georgetown Intercollegiate in Westfield, N.J. (Oct. 13-14).
