WASHINGTON (November 14, 2024) – Howard University men's & women's cross country teams are set to compete in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals in State Park, Pa., hosted by Penn State University (PSU).
The women's race starts at noon, followed by the men at 1 p.m.

MEET PREVIEW
PSU is set to host the regional round for the first time since 2022. The Blue and White Courses will serve as the site of the championship races, which consists of a 6K race for the women and a 10K race for the men.
Overall, more than 1,000 student-athletes will be competing.

LAST TIMEOUT
On Nov. 2, HU competed in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) in Dover, Del. Howard men placed fourth overall while the Bison women finished runner-up.
Crosby won the 2024 MEAC Individual Title with a record-setting performance (17:15.10).
For the men, Shepard earned All-MEAC recognition for his incredible performance (26:18.30).
