BETHLEHEM, Pa. (September 30, 2023) – Howard University men's & women's cross country teams wrapped up its regular season at the Paul Short Run, hosted by Lehigh.
 
The men competed in the 8K race, led by redshirt junior Wendesen King (Reynoldsburg, Ohio) going 25:47.4.
 
For the women, they took part in the 5K event. Third-year Bison Joslyn Crosby (Bossier City, La.) led the women with a 22:26.9 time.
 
Yale men won the event, but Penn State's Evan Dorenkamp took home the individual medalist.
 
On the women's side, Utah Valley earned first place while South Carolina's Judy Kosgei took the top spot in the individual leaderboard.
 
On Oct. 28, Howard travels to Smyrna, Del., for the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Championships, hosted by Delaware State University. Men's race starts at 11 a.m., followed by the women's at noon.
