WASHINGTON (March 6, 2020) – Howard University women's tennis team heads to College Park, Md., Saturday (March 7) to take on the University of Maryland (UMD) at the Junior Tennis Champions Center. Match time is set for noon.
MATCHUP PREVIEW
The two teams have only faced off twice with the Terps taking both contests. The last meeting came Jan. 22, 2013 with the final score 0-7, in favor of UMD.
Currently, Howard is 0-4 on the young season and looking to get in the win column before their Spring Break rodeo (March 16-20).
UMD starts off their season 7-4 (5-3 at home). The Terps recently defeated Mary Washington Saturday (Feb. 22) at home (4-0).
