Phillip Gyau and the Howard University Men's Soccer team wrap up its home stand with their Sun Belt Conference (SBC) opener against Georgia Southern (GSU) on Alumni Day. Match time is set for 5 p.m. at Greene Stadium.

On Sept. 29, in a contest that saw a combined 47 shots, HU and the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) Keydets were unable to find the back of the net as the contest ended in a tie, 0-0, at Greene Stadium.

GEORGIA SOUTHERN
GSU (4-4-1) leads the league in several offensive categories, including total points (48), total goals (17) and total assists (14). Javier Carbonell ranks No. 1 in the SBC in total points (26) and total goals (12).
