MATCHUP PREVIEW
Tuesday's showdown will be the sixth straight season both programs have met with Duke winning the previous five matchups.
HOWARD
Howard (2-5) is looking to get its first road win of the season. After going scoreless in the first three matches of the year, HU has scored five goals in the last four contests.
Junior forward
Daniil Kaban (Kharkiv, Ukraine) leads the Bison attack with three goals.
At goalie, senior
Liam Keiller (Gaithersburg, Md.) anchors the backline with 33 saves.
Entering the year, Howard was picked seventh in the NEC Preseason Poll.

DUKE
Duke is looking to rebound after a 4-2 loss versus Virginia Tech (Sept. 18).
Jack Ottley leads the Blue Devils with 10 points (four assists & three goals), followed by Ulfur Bjornsson (nine points), who was named to the 2026 ACC Preseason Watch List.
Max Deisenhofer has started five contests at goalie, producing 10 saves.
Entering the year, Duke was projected to finish seventh in the ACC Preseason Coaches Poll.
LAST TIMEOUT
On Sept. 19, Howard rallied from an early deficit to defeat VMI, 2-1, at Greene Stadium.
The Bison leveled the match at the 30-minute mark when newcomer
Xavier Sharp (Aurora, Co.) notched his first collegiate goal, thanks to a
Calien Thomas (Ithaca, N.Y.) assist.
Kaban put the Bison ahead in the 54
