Washington, D.C. – The road to the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Championship starts today for the Howard University women's tennis team (N2) as they get set to take on South Carolina State (S3) at 11 a.m. in Norfolk, Va. The Lady Bison finished second in the northern division after going 5-1 in the MEAC and currently boast the second highest overall winning percentage (.625) in the conference.
 
Howard enters the tournament on nice run, having won four of its last five matches. The squads most recent victory came against George Mason on April 10.
