HAMPTON, VA --- The Howard Men's tennis team fell short in a high-energy battle to the Hampton University Pirates (5-2) last weekend. After losing the doubles point by a set tie-breaker at No.1 singles, the Bison upped the ante, winning two singles matches overall. Notable performances include, junior, Ismael Kaouache, snatching victory in a grueling three-setter (6-3, 2-6, 6-4), and junior, William Jones III, pulling out the match, 6-4, 2-6, 6-0.
