Howard v. Lincoln
WASHINGTON, D.C. (www.howard-bison) - Howard senior Retha Koefoed concluded her senior day contest with a season-high four goals during the Lady Bison's 10-0 "Think Pink" victory over Lincoln University on Tuesday, Oct. 23 at Greene Stadium on the HU campus.
By the end of the first half, HU held the Lady Lions to an 8-0 deficit off of Koefoed's four goals. Fellow senior Jordan Brown added one goal in the win, taking her to a career goal count of 12.
Lady Bison senior Brittany Peebles also got in the scoring action with goal in the second half of play, she was assisted by senior classmate Cynthia Snyder.
HU junior Owyn Manson tallied two goals, while sophomore Jeseca Hinds and freshman Dytria Ruddy scored one goal apiece.
Tuesday's contest marks the Lady Bison's first victory of the season.
