Bowling Heads to the Final Tourney of the Regular Season

Bison are set to compete in the Stallings Invitational

WASHINGTON (February 26, 2026) - Howard University women's bowling team returns to the annual Stallings Invitational, hosted by North Carolina Agricultural State University, in Greensboro, N.C. The three-day tournament starts Friday (Feb. 27) and concludes Sunday (March 1).
 
LAST TIMEOUT
 
On Feb. 21-22, the team played at the MEAC Meet No. 2 in Norfolk, Va., hosted by Norfolk State University. At the tournament, they faced conference rivals and won three matches. The Bison ended the regular season 6-8 in conference play.
 
TOURNAMENT PREVIEW
 
The Stallings Invitational will have five-game baker matches Friday, traditional play will follow Saturday (Feb. 28) and Sunday will feature three Baker best-of-seven matchups.
 
UPCOMING SCHEDULE
 
The Bison will be taking a break to prepare for the MEAC (Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference) Championship (March 20-22), taking place at the Triad Lanes in Greensboro, N.C.
