BRIDGEWATER, N.J. (September 22, 2025) – The Northeast Conference (NEC) uncovered its men's soccer weekly accolades where Howard University redshirt freshman midfielder
Naim Robinson (Detroit) won the league's Rookie of the Week. The announcement came Monday afternoon.
In the road win at VMI (Sept. 20), Robinson recorded his first collegiate goal in the 24
th minute that propelled HU to victory over VMI. The Detroit native led Howard with three shot attempts.
Robinson has tallied a team-leading three points this season, which is tied for sixth in the NEC.

Ireal Wyze-Daly (Ontario, Canada) received honorable mention after registering his first collegiate shutout win, posting five saves in 90 minutes of action.
LIU's Niklas Thanhofer was named NEC Player of the Week.
Howard continues its road stretch Tuesday (Sept. 23) with a primetime matchup against #19 Duke at 7 p.m., in Durham, N.C., streaming live on ACCNX.
