Friday (Sept. 22), HU hosts South Carolina State (SCSU). Match time at 6 p.m. Two days later (Sept. 24), the Bison face North Carolina Central (NCCU). First serve at 3 p.m.

SOUTH CAROLINA STATE
SCSU is seeking its first win of the season Friday night (0-13).
Eleisha Thompson leads the Bulldogs with 74 total kills.
NORTH CAROLINA CENTRAL
Before facing HU, NCCU (1-8) goes to Norfolk, Va., to battle Norfolk State Friday (Sept. 22). Entering the weekend, North Carolina Central has lost its last six contests.
The sophomore duo of Emmie Modlin and Kamren Harper rank among the league leaders in kills per set.
LAST TIMEOUT
Tuesday (Sept. 19), HU made its way back to the winner's column with a 3-1 (23-25, 25-23, 25-19, 25-22) victory over American.
McKinnon led the way with a match-leading 21 kills, six digs and four service aces in the victory.

Next weekend, Howard continues league play with two more matches.
