MEET PREVIEW
The 2023 NEC Men's & Women's Swimming & Diving Championships features nine institutions: Howard; Central Connecticut State (CCSU); LIU; Merrimack; Sacred Heart; St. Francis-Brooklyn; Saint Francis (Pa.); Stonehill and Wagner.
In the men's preseason poll, LIU and HU were projected to finish first and second, respectively. Earlier this season, Howard took down the Sharks in a tri-meet back in November 2022.
CCSU was predicted to win the women's title after securing seven first-place votes. HU was picked fifth overall.
HU men look to take the next step and win their first NEC title while the Bison women look to prove the doubters wrong and make a championship run.
