GWYNN OAK, Md. (November 19, 2023) – Howard University women's bowling placed 10^th overall at the CSU Lady Eagles Invitational (Nov. 18-19), hosted by Coppin State.
 
Second-year Bison Cameren Sullivan (Chicago) and Sydney Allison (Ypsilanti, Mich.) led the way, both finishing in the top 25. Sullivan recorded 840 total pinfalls in five traditional matches while Allison registered 829 pin knockdowns.
 
HU went 1-3 after Day 1 with the lone victory coming against Felician, 970-870.
 
The following day, Howard rebounded with a pair of wins against Dominican (N.Y.), 800-570, and Virginia State, 830-576.


Howard wrapped up the weekend with a tough 4-3 loss to CSU in a best-of-seven Baker match.
 
Felician won the 2023 CSU Lady Eagles Invitational, topping Belmont Abbey College in seven.
 
HU goes to New Castle, Del. after the New Year for the Northeast Classic (Jan. 19-21), hosted by Sacred Heart.
