HOWARD
HU (9-3-2, 4-1-1 NEC) is seeking its first 10-win season since 2019 (14-4).
Currently, Howard leads the Northeast Conference in goals per match (2.64). Junior forward
Melea Earley (La Mirada, Calif.) and senior midfielder
Nyla Allen (Elmont, N.Y.) spearhead the Bison attack, combining for 15 goals on the season.
Howard holds the No. 3 spot in the conference standings with four league matches remaining.
FDU
FDU (4-10, 4-2 NEC) enters Thursday's clash on a three-match win streak. During that period, the Knights have outscored their opponents, 8-0.
Naemi Hausen and Ana Salas leads the squad with nine points apiece. Goalie Marie Jakobsen spearheads the backline, recording 64 total saves in 14 appearances (13 starts).
Currently, the Knights sit in fourth place, one point behind Howard.
LAST TIMEOUT
Sunday (Oct. 8), HU picked up its fourth road win of the season with a 3-1 victory over Sacred Heart.
