Ty Grace and the Howard University Women's Basketball team continue its road swing Tuesday when the Bison square off against No. 15 Maryland. Tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m. inside the XFINITY Center.

Howard (0-3) continues its search for their first win of the season. Despite struggles on the offensive end, HU has attacked the rim; thus, getting to the charity stripe. Currently, the Bison rank 22
nd in the nation in free throw attempts, averaging nearly 28 free throw attempts per game. Freshman
Curstyn Moore leads the squad in scoring, netting 14 points per game (PPG). The reigning Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Rookie of the Week has scored double-figures in all three games this season.
Last season, the Terps finished 32-3 overall (15-1 Big 10), including a 16-1 record at the XFINITY Center, and reached the Sweet 16 before falling to the Oregon Ducks. Yesterday, Maryland was unable to overcome top-ranked UConn as they fell 97-72. Sophomore guard Kaila Charles led the way with a double-double (29 points and 12 rebounds). This season, Maryland was picked to finish second in the Big Ten.

HU fell on the road at Vermont, 88-65, where Moore had a team-high 12 points while grabbing eight boards in 32 minutes of action. Fellow classmate
Tariah Johnson netted 11 points off the bench.
Sophomore
Jayla Myles registered 10 points and six rebounds in the loss.

On Nov. 25, Howard concludes its four-game road trip against Siena. Game-time is set for 4:30 p.m.
