Box Score LYNCHBURG, VA --- Howard Universiy remains winless on the year after Bison dropped a 3-0 decision to the Liberty University Flames on Tuesday evening. The victory improved LU' record to 6-5 while Howard falls to 0-12.

Senior Mario Martin led Howard with three total shots and junior goalkeeper Eric Hamilton turned away seven shots in 90 minutes, but the efforts of the duo and the rest of the Bison proved to not be enough.

The Flames received goals from Blessing Tahuona (19th minute), Tim Harbison (51st) and Sachem Wilson (62nd minute) as Liberty outshot Howard 25-5 and 13-1 on corner kicks.

Howard will be back in Washington on Sunday, October 20 for a 2:00 pm matchup against USCAA member Washington Adventist University.
