NORFOLK, Va. (March 25, 2026) – The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) revealed its men's track & field weekly awards where Howard University sophomore sprinter
Elijah Grant (Fort Mill, S.C.) earned the league's Track Athlete of the Week. The announcement came Wednesday afternoon.
At the USF Alumni Invite (March 20-21) in Tampa, Fla., Grant took third overall in the 400-meter dash with a MEAC-best 46.45 time, which sits seventh in the country.

Drew Dillard (Silver Spring, Md.) received honorable mention after placing fourth in the high jump (2.05 meters).
Coppin State freshman Elijah Williams won MEAC Field Athlete of the Week.
