WASHINGTON, DC (February 25, 2026) – Howard University women's basketball team will be looking to extend its current win streak to nine when it takes on Coppin State University (CSU) in a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) showdown Thursday (Feb. 26) at 6 p.m., inside Burr Gymnasium. It will be the Bison's last home game of the regular season.

Howard has won four-in-a-row in the series, including this year's 64-51 win in Baltimore (Jan. 22). Thomas recorded 22 points and seven rebounds while Stewart added 11 points. The Eagles were led by McBride with 13 points.
The Eagles last won, 63-58, in Baltimore (January 29, 2024). This is the 85
th meeting between the two programs since 1985 and the Bison lead the series, 54-30.
