NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. (July 23, 2025) – The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) revealed its 2025 Division I Academic Honor Roll where Howard University had five Bison make the list. The announcement came Wednesday afternoon.
To be eligible, student-athletes must be a junior, senior or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic 3.50 GPA grade point average (GPA) or greater.
The honorees included
Chase Coleman (Houston),
Colby Cooper (Upper Marlboro, Md.),
Marley Rhymes (Coatesville, Pa.),
Tea Vasquez (Oakland, Calif.) and
Kimora Williams (Marlton, N.J.).
Overall, the IWLCA honored 1,176 student-athletes from 123 different institutions for their academic excellence during the 2024-25 season.
Additionally, HU made the IWLCA Academic Honor Squad for posting a 3.2 GPA or better during the 2024-25 year. Collectively, 376 schools across Division I, II, III and NAIA made the cut.
