HISTORY

The PGA WORKS Collegiate Championship (formerly known as the National Minority College Championship) was founded in 1986. The tournament founders created it to improve the game at minority universities by offering their players a chance to compete in a championship. The inaugural championship was held in 1987 at the Highland Park Golf Course. As of 2019, the PGA REACH foundation has gained ownership.

Last year, the women's team champions were the Texas A&M University of Corpus Christi.

TOURNAMENT PREVIEW

This year, the tournament will be played at the Whistling Straits Golf Course in Kohler, Wis.
