HOWARD
HU (26-17) is riding a program-best 15 game win streak, dating back to March 29.
Entering Tuesday's clash, Howard leads the conference with a .315 batting average, which ranks 75
th in the country.
Collectively, on the mound, HU has recorded a league-leading 211 strikeouts.
MARYLAND
Maryland (17-28) enters Tuesday showdown looking to snap its three-game slide.
Mazie MacFarlane and Sydney Lewis spearhead the Terps, starting all 45 games with a .321 and .318 batting average, respectively.
In the circle, Aubrey Wurst leads UMD in wins (7), Ks (52) and ERA (4.20).

On April 26-27, Howard completed the three-game sweep at Norfolk State (NSU).
Saturday (April 26), HU defeated the Spartans in game one, 10-2 (f/5), followed by a 7-3 victory in the nightcap. In game two, seniors
Sidney Fletcher (Whittier, Calif.) and
Kenna Higa (Honolulu) led the Bison attack, each going 3-of-4 at the plate while combining for seven RBIs.
The following day (April 27), Howard displayed its best hitting performance of the season, racking up a season-high 17 runs on 16 hits in the victory over NSU in Norfolk, Va. Senior
Alyssa Vasquez (Eastvale, Calif.) led the way, going 3-of-4 with three RBIs and two runs scored.
UPCOMING SCHEDULE
