WASHINGTON (April 25, 2025) – Howard University women's lacrosse team returns to Greene Stadium for its season finale, hosting LIU in a Northeast Conference (NEC) matchup. Saturday's (April 26) contest will also serve as Senior Day with the opening draw scheduled for noon.

MATCHUP PREVIEW
HOWARD
Howard (1-13, 1-7 NEC) enters the matchup after a 16-6 road loss to Wagner College (April 19). The Bison gave up nine first-quarter goals but tightened defensively in the second, allowing just two scores.

Sawyer Walker (Magnolia, Del.) led the way with a goal and 10 draw controls while junior

LIU
LIU (9-6, 7-1 NEC) enters Saturday's game following a thrilling 11-10 overtime win against Saint Francis. Erin Harkins scored the game-winner and finished with three points while Julia Trainor and Lindsey Lucia each posted five points.
Goalkeeper Mylie Norton recorded 12 saves in the win, helping the Sharks extend their strong conference run as they prepare for the upcoming NEC Tournament.
