WASHINGTON (April 23, 2025) – Howard University sophomore
Paris Fieldings (Chesapeake, Va.) is traveling to her home state, competing in the Charlottesville Regional, hosted by the University of Virginia (UVA). The three-day event (May 5-7) will be played at the Birdwood Golf Course in Charlottesville, Va.
Paris will be competing against five individuals in the Charlottesville Regional: Pinky Chaisilprungruang (Charlotte); Nicha Kanpai (Maryland); Isabella Rawl (Clemson); Melena Barrientos (Clemson) and Hannah Altman (UNCW).
Fieldings had a great first season with the Bison, finishing in the top 5 in five different tournaments. The Virginia native has a 74.8 average per round and won the 2025 Northeast Conference (NEC) individual title.
With a tournament victory, Fieldings will head to the NCAA Championships (May 16-21) at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, Calif.
