PRINCETON, N.J. (April 13, 2025) – Howard University men's golf team wrapped up the regular season at the annual Princeton Invitational, hosted by the Tigers. The two-day (April 12-13) tourney took place at the Springdale Golf Course (par-71, 6,458 yards) in Princeton, N.J.
Collectively, the Bison shot 27-over par (595).
Fifth-year Bison
Marcus Smith Jr. (Rockford, Ill.) led the charge, firing 2-over par (144) in 36 holes of play, including 1-under par (70) during round one.
Sophomores
Kezaia Dimosi (London, England) and
Mathis Perroni (Metz, France) tied for 38
th place after posting a 151 (+9).
Princeton won the event, shooting 2-under par (566). Rutgers finished runner-up with an 11-over par (579) performance.
Princeton's Reed Greysterman took home the individual crown, recording 5-under par (137). Seton Hall's David Lally and Columbia's Grant Lester tied for second place, three strokes behind Greysterman (140, -2).
Howard will travel to Williamsburg, Va., for the NEC (Northeast Conference) Championship (April 25-27).
