MATCHUP PREVIEW

HOWARD

Howard (0-6) enters the matchup after a tough 20-4 road loss at Old Dominion Wednesday (March 5).

Graduate attacker
Sawyer Walker (Magnolia, Del.) led the way with three draw controls, two goals and an assist while senior attacker
Marley Rhymes (Coatesville, Pa.) and freshman
Kyla Newkirk (Durham, N.C.) also found the back of the net.

Despite the setback, the Bison continue to show resilience. Junior midfielder
Kendall Barker (Columbus, Ohio) made an impact defensively with two ground balls and two caused turnovers, while freshmen goalkeepers
Taylor Williams (West Chester, Pa.) and
Madeline Willocks (Freeport, N.Y.) combined for seven saves.

With continued growth and experience, Howard looks to turn things around and put together a strong performance against Mercyhurst.

MERCYHURST

Mercyhurst enters the contest looking to defend its home turf. The Lakers bring a well-balanced attack and disciplined defensive unit, making them a tough opponent for the visiting Bison.

With a mix of veteran leadership and young talent, Mercyhurst will aim to control
possession and challenge Howard's defense throughout the matchup.
