SEASON OUTLOOK

MEN

The men's team enters the 2025–26 season with strong momentum after closing last season with an All-American performance and multiple MEAC runner-up finishes.

The Bison bring back key contributors from their 4x400 relay team, including junior Emerson McKindra (Linden, N.J.) and sophomore standouts Cameron Brazell (Houston) and Elijah Grant (Fort Mill, S.C.), who gained valuable NCAA Outdoor Championship experience after advancing to the national semifinals.

WOMEN

The women's 2024–25 season produced multiple All-Americans and NCAA finals appearances.

The Bison made program history in the 4x100 relay where graduates Kailei Collins (Houston), Tiffani-Rae Pittman (Bowie, Md.) and Marcia Sey (London, United Kingdom), including Aiyana Gray-Williams (Winston-Salem, N.C.) became the first relay squad in school history to earn First Team All-American honors after finishing sixth at the NCAA Championships.

Individually, Sey closed out her season with a standout performance in the 100-meter hurdles, securing a bronze medal with a 12.93 finish—marking the highest individual NCAA placement in program history. With Sey returning as one of the nation's top hurdlers and the sprint corps continuing to strengthen, Howard heads into 2025–26 with a nationally competitive roster.

UPCOMING SCHEDULE

On Dec. 13, HU returns to the Northeast for the Seahawk Shootout, hosted by Wagner College.
