HU (4-2) aims to maintain the momentum after winning two-out-of-three games in the Molly Howard-Gerwig Memorial Tournament, hosted by Houston Christian University.
Junior outside hitter
Rya McKinnon (Hoover, Ala.) continues to perform and produce for the Lady Bison. During the Molly Howard-Gerwig Memorial Tournament, she totaled 50 kills and 17 digs.
Senior outside hitter
Dami Awojobi (Hempstead, N.Y.) continues to deliver, totaling 29 kills and 33 digs in the Molly Howard-Gerwig Memorial Tournament.
AMERICAN
American (7-1) is coming off winning two-out-of-three games at the Maryland Tournament
Freshman outside hitter Zedo Yilmaz (Istanbul, Turkey) stands out for American, totaling 32 kills and 23 digs in the Maryland Tournament.
LAST TIMEOUT
In their previous tournament at Molly Howard-Gerwig Memorial Tournament, the Bison took care of business against Houston Christian, 3-1. (Sep. 5), but fell, 1-3, to New Mexico the following day (Sep. 6). Saturday (Sep. 7), the Lady Bison got the job done against Kansas City, 3-2.
