CHAMPIONSHIP PREVIEW
Both squads participating in this year's races are quite notable.
The women's team, which finished second in last year's MEAC Championships, is looking strong with the return of All-MEAC selections seniors
Joslyn Crosby (Bossier City, La.) and
Camille Egbula (Simpsonville, S.C.).
The men's team has also shown promise, finishing second at their own Bison Invite earlier this season (Oct. 18).
The top 15 runners from each race will earn All-MEAC team accolades.
LAST TIMEOUT
On Oct. 18, both squads competed at the Bison Invite, hosted by HU.
For the men, they finished second overall with all five Bison placing in the top 15. Freshman
Habtamu Epley (Chicago) led the way with a fourth-place finish, clocking in at 15:02.40.
On the women's side, they won the race with six Bison earning top 10 finishes. Crosby took home the individual title, clocking in at 17:22.10.
