NORFOLK, Va. (September 26, 2024) – The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) will host the 2024 MEAC Men's & Women's Basketball Media Day Tuesday, October 8, at the Waterside Marriott Hotel in Norfolk, Va.
The preseason MEAC Men's & Women's Basketball Media Day event will feature back-to-back live shows on ESPN+ that highlight the conference institutions head coaches and two student-athletes from each team.
The MEAC Women's Basketball Media Day will begin with a live ESPN+ show at 10 a.m., with the announcement of the 2024-25 women's preseason predictions and All-MEAC teams, including the Preseason Player of the Year.
The MEAC Men's Basketball Media Day will begin after the women's show at noon and will also highlight preseason conference accolades.
