Midway through September, the Bison head to Atlanta for their toughest tournament of the season, squaring off against a pair of NCAA Tournament teams: Georgia Tech (Sept. 16) and Georgia (Sept. 17).

Two nights later (Sept. 19), HU begins a three-match homestand against inter-city rival American before opening league play versus South Carolina State (Sept. 22) and North Carolina Central (Sept. 24).

After taking on Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Champion Delaware State in Dover, Del. (Sept. 29), the Bison start October at home versus Maryland Eastern Shore (Oct. 1).

Howard's conference schedule continues in Baltimore against rivals Morgan State (Oct. 6) and Coppin State (Oct. 8) before returning to The Hilltop to face Big South Champion High Point (Oct. 10) and Norfolk State (Oct. 13).

The team travels south for a pair of MEAC matches at South Carolina State (Oct. 20) and North Carolina Central (Oct. 22) before hosting the Lady Hornets inside Burr Gymnasium (Oct. 27).

HU wraps up October at Maryland Eastern Shore (Oct. 29), followed by three consecutive home matches: UMBC (Nov. 1); Morgan State (Nov. 3) and Coppin State (Nov. 5).

Howard closes out the regular season in Norfolk, Va., against Norfolk State (Nov. 10).
