WASHINGTON (April 28, 2023) – Howard University women's lacrosse team closes out its 2023 campaign against Central Connecticut State (CCSU) on Senior Day. Match time is slated for noon with the Senior Day festivities beginning at 11 a.m. inside Greene Stadium.

HOWARD
HU (0-14, 0-7 NEC) looks to close out the season on a high note.
Offensively, senior
Quai Skeete-Ridley (New Carrollton, Md.) leads the club in scoring with 18 points (15 goals and three assists) while racking up 24 draw controls, 17 ground balls and 11 caused turnovers.
Newcomer
Berkeley Clayborne (Highland Park, Ill.) is second on the team in scoring (14 points) and produced 13 draw controls, five ground balls and two caused turnovers on the year.
In the cage, junior
Jada Auletta (Montclair, N.J.) has registered 127 total saves in 14 appearances (11 starts).
CENTRAL CONNECTICUT STATE
CCSU (3-11, 1-6 NEC) looks to stop a four-match skid before going into the offseason.
Olivia Gianakos leads the Blue Devils with 32 points (28 goals and four assists), 34 ground balls and 24 caused turnovers.
Defensively, Adrianna Richards and Kya Risher have combined for 157 saves at the net.
LAST TIMEOUT
On April 22, the Bison fell 20-5, at Wagner.
Skeete-Ridley and Clayborne combined for four goals in the loss.
