HU (6-7) looks to snap its brief two-game slide before resuming conference play at Morgan State (Jan. 22).
Nationally, the Bison are ranked top 15 in three-point percentage (39-percent), led by graduate

Notre Dame looks to bounce back after a tough road loss at Virginia Tech, 79-73. Dane Goodwin leads the Fighting Irish in scoring, averaging 15.3 points per game.
Notre Dame will be making its first trip to an HBCU when they take on the Bison Monday.
MLK DAY CLASSIC HISTORY
This will be the fourth time Howard honors Dr. King's Celebration of Excellence by hosting nonconference contests with iconic, historical institutions. HU has greeted Ivy League perennials Harvard (2016 & 2019) and Yale (2020) to The Burr.
"It's an honor to play on the MLK Day," said Howard men's basketball head coach
Kenneth Blakeney, who will be coaching in his second MLK Day Classic Monday. "It's really important to understand the sacrifices he made for our country."
WHEN WE ALL VOTE
In 2020, Howard and Notre Dame announced its partnership with When We All Vote (WWAV), a national, nonpartisan nonprofit that brings together citizens, institutions, brands, and organizations to increase participation in every election.
Launched by Michelle Obama, the organization is committed to closing the race and age voting gap and empowering all eligible voters to cast their ballot by harnessing grassroots energy, establishing strategic partnerships, and implementing digital organizing strategies, with the ultimate goal of changing the culture around voting.
"It's been a great partnership," Blakeney stated. "We've been in constant contact with each other. To bring everything together on MLK Day will be really special and unique."
