WASHINGTON (March 20, 2019) – Howard University men's & women's track and field continues its outdoor season in the Sunshine State at the UNF Spring Break Invitational, hosted by the University of North Florida (UNF). The two-day event starts Thursday (March 21) at 3 p.m. and Friday (March 22) at 9 a.m. inside Hodges Stadium.

LAST TIMEOUT
On March 14-16, Howard competed at the Charlotte 49er Classic where six Bison punched their tickets to the 2019 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Outdoor Championships in Greensboro, N.C.
Junior
Oluchi Ike (Upper Marlboro, Md.) highlighted the day after winning the women's 400-meter hurdles (1:01.75) and qualifying for Greensboro.
MEET PREVIEW
Since 2009, UNF has hosted this event and the Spring Break Invitational marks the first of four collegiate meets that UNF will be hosting this spring. Other events include: UNF Invite (Apr. 5), ASUN Championships (May 10-11), NCAA East Preliminary (May 23-25).
