WASHINGTON (February 7, 2019) – Howard University track & field squads resume their indoor season when they return to Virginia for the VMI Winter Relays, hosted by Virginia Military Institute. The two-day event (Feb. 8-9) takes place at the Corps Physical Training Facility in Lexington, Va.

Oluchi Ike (Upper Marlboro, Md.) became the latest Bison to qualify for the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Indoor Championships.

Last week, newcomer
Corintheans Payne (Apoka, Fla.) competed in the 200-meter dash where he fell just shy of qualifying for the MEAC Indoor Championships.
UPCOMING SCHEDULE
On Feb. 21-23, Howard travels to nearby Landover, Md. for the 2019 MEAC Indoor Track & Field Championships. The three-day event takes place at the Prince George's Sports & Learning Complex.
