NORFOLK, Va. (January 30, 2018) – The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) revealed its weekly honors where Howard University's freshman
RJ Cole was named the conference's co-player of the week. The announcement came Tuesday afternoon.
Cole posted 28 points, six rebounds, three steals and three assists in his lone game this past weekend as the Bison won their third straight contest against Maryland Eastern Shore. The 6-1 Union, N.J. native also shot 55 percent from the field while draining five three-pointers.
Cole shared the honor with Hampton's Jermaine Marrow.

On Feb. 3, HU men host Florida A&M in a rematch inside The Burr, followed by a trip to Baltimore where the Morgan State Bears await (Feb. 5). Saturday's contest starts 4 p.m. while Monday's showdown begins 7:30 p.m.
