HU (2-5) seeks their third straight victory after dropping its first five contest of the season. In the last three games, sophomore
Sarah Edmond has averaged 21.7 points per game (PPG) while shooting 84-percent (21-of-25) from the foul line. Freshman

SFC (3-5) enter Saturday's showdown with a double-digit victory over Loyola (Md.), 64-47. Coach John Thurston returns eight Terriers, led by Alex Delaney. This season, she has made 18 trey balls on 38-percent (18-of-47) from beyond the arc. St. Francis-Brooklyn was selected to finish sixth in this year's Preseason NEC Coaches Poll. Last year, the Terriers, who were also picked sixth, finished in eighth place and reached the NEC Quarterfinals.

Last Saturday (Dec. 2), Coach
Ty Grace and the Bison earned its second win in a row after knocking off Florida International, 69-62, inside Burr Gymnasium.
Despite only shooting 35-percent (23-of-66) from the field, HU (2-5) reached the charity stripe 23 times and shot 74-percent (17-of-23). Additionally, Howard outrebounded the Panthers, 48-38.
Edmond had a game-high 24 points, including 10-of-12 from the foul line. Dopson recorded her first double-double of the season, posting 11 points and 11 boards in the victory.
Johnson filled the stat sheet once again, finishing with 14 points, six steals, five rebounds, and an assist. Myles added eight points, seven boards, and two rejections in the win.
