Box Score RIVERSIDE, CA --- The Howard softball team lost its final game of the UC Riverside Highlander Classic, dropping a 12-2 decision to Loyola Marymount University on Sunday afternoon.

Howard (2-16) finished its four-game run in the tournament with a 1-3 record.

Redshirt junior Jasmine Gammons and senior Al'Asia Davis drove in the only runs for the Lady Bison.

Howard returns to the east coast on Wednesday, March 11 to take on UMBC on the road. First pitch in Baltimore is scheduled for 3:15 p.m.
