BALTIMORE (February 27, 2026) – Howard University men's basketball team squares off against Beltway rival Morgan State Saturday (Feb. 28) in another key MEAC (Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference) showdown inside Hill Fieldhouse. Tipoff is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
The Bison are on a roll, having won three straight and seven-of-the-last-eight contests. The Bears registered a 90-83 road win in a shootout with South Carolina State (SC State) Wednesday (Feb. 25) for their eighth win in nine games.
The game has important implications as the rivals have identical 8-3 conference records and tied for first place with two games remaining before the MEAC Tournament (March 11-14) in Norfolk, Va. Both are averaging over 86.0 points during their current runs.
