WASHINGTON (September 22, 2024) – Howard University women's golf team resumes fall play at the Johnie Imes Invitational, hosted by the Mizzou Tigers. The two-day, 54-hole event takes place at the Club at Old Hawthorne (par-72, 6,264 yards) in Columbia, Mo. Both days begin with a 9 a.m. (ET) / 8 a.m. (CT), shotgun start.

TOURNAMENT PREVIEW
This will be the 16
th time Mizzou has hosted this tournament.
The field features teams from 13 different schools: Howard; Mizzou; Austin Peay; Barry; Bradley; Drake; Eastern Kentucky; Florida Gulf Coast; Illinois State; Missouri State; Morehead State; Murray State and Omaha.
LAST TIMEOUT
On Sept. 9-11, HU wrapped up its first tournament of the fall, competing in the prestigious Folds of Honor Collegiate, hosted by Michigan State University in Grand Haven, Mich.
Overall, the Bison shot 57-over par (921) while taking 12
th place. HU's best round came on the final day, recording 303 strokes (+15).
All-NEC selection senior
Kendall Jackson (Pearland, Texas) led the way, finishing 10-over par (226) while tying for 29
th in the player leaderboard.

On Sept. 28-29, HU goes to Annapolis, Md., for the Navy Fall Invite, hosted by the Mids.
