In 1998, the inaugural NEC women's golf tournament took place at the Summit Country Club where Saint Francis (Pa.) won the title in 36 holes.
In 2007, the tournament format shifted to a three-round event (54 holes) where the Red Flash took home another championship.
Overall, FDU holds the conference record with nine titles, followed by the Red Flash (7). Sacred Heart has won three NEC Championships, including the last two seasons (2022 & 2023).
