Howard will be competing in several notable events including 4x100 relay, 4x400 relay, 100-meter dash, 1500-meter run, 3000-meter steeplechase, 5000-meter run, 10,000-meter run, 110-meter hurdles, 400-meter hurdles, triple jump and long jump.

Kameron Davis (Miami) and junior
Zachary Hawkins (Lithonia, Ga.) made the 110-meter hurdles final where they placed second (13.94) and third (14.01).

Second-year Bison
Julian Lawson (Sewell, N.J.) finished runner-up in the 1500-meter run, clocking in at 4:09.62.

In the field, sophomores
Chase Drewery (Waldorf, Md.) and
Kyle Fisher (Duluth, Ga.) competed in the triple jump where they landed second (15.25 meters) and third (14.90 meters).

Several throwers competed in the event, led by seniors
Ezra Monteiro (Newport, R.I.) and
Nnamdi Olebara (Bowie, Md.). Monteiro took silver in the hammer (51.10 meters) and the DMV native finished runner-up in the shot put (13.96 meters).

Melanie White (Orlando, Fla.), reigning Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Women's Athlete of the Week, won the 1500-meter run with a 4:36.54 mark.

Second-year Bison
Joslyn Crosby (Bossier City, La.) claimed gold in the 5000-meter run, producing a 18:57.00 time.

Senior
De'ja Dade (DeSoto, Texas) earned the top spot in the 200-meter dash, recording a time of 23.80.

Several throwers competed in the event, led by senior
Erin Hatcher (Burtonsville, Md.) and rookie
Temi Banwo (Allen, Texas). Hatcher placed third overall in the hammer (49.66 meters; 162'11") while the Texas product grabbed bronze in the discus (36.91 meters; 121'1").
