BETHLEHEM, Pa. (February 12, 2023) – Howard University men's tennis team fell on the road at Lehigh, 4-0.
With the loss, HU dropped to 1-3 while the Mountain Hawks moved to .500 (3-3) on the season.
In singles play, third-year Bison
Justin Cadeau (West Orange, N.J.) served as the club's top singles player where he fell in three sets to Lehigh's Matt Kleimann (1-6, 6-1, 5-7).
Sophomore
Daniel Dunac (Washington) forced a third set against the Mountain Hawks' Jackson Morash, but the match did not finish because Lehigh won three singles matches and all three doubles contest.
Next weekend (Feb. 17-19), HU hosts multiple contests at the Washington Tennis & Education Foundation's East Capitol Campus in Southeast D.C.
On Feb. 18, HU takes on Bucknell. The next day (Feb. 19), the men battle Mount St. Mary's.
