WASHINGTON (October 13, 2022) - Sponsored by Jordan Brand and Nissan, this year's Howard University Department of Athletics Bison Madness is scheduled for Monday, October 17 inside Burr Gymnasium.
 
At 4:30 p.m., fans kick off the event outside of The Burr with pre-madness activities, including a special performance, food trucks, giveaways and Nissan sponsored activation tables.
 
A first-come, first-serve event – doors open at 6:15 p.m. The main event will start at 7 p.m. Students can get ready for special performances, contests, t-shirt giveaways, a chance to win $1000 and scrimmages by both men's and women's basketball teams.
 
The madness doesn't end. Starting at 8:30 p.m., the Bison Madness Block Party will commence outside of Burr Gym with free food trucks, a special guest DJ and surprise performance to close out the event.
