Howard enters the season looking to lay the foundation for a bright future under Coach Scott's leadership.
Before the season, six Bison were selected to the 2021 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Preseason All-Conference Team.
Scott inherited a group of underclassmen who saw a lot of playing time and bring a ton of experience during a turbulent 2019 campaign. Rodney Dennard and Ray Williams landed on the Preseason All-MEAC team after combining for 101 tackles in 2019. In addition, Quinton Williams saw action in eight games as a true freshman, starting seven on the offensive side; he threw for 942 yards and eight touchdowns.
MATCHUP PREVIEW
