WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The Howard University Bison women's basketball team travels to Dover, Delaware to face the Lady Hornets of Delaware State University Feb. 27-28 at Memorial Hall; tipoff is set for 5 pm on Saturday, and 1 pm on Sunday.
The Bison looks to sow up the Northern Divison title and the number one seed in the 2021 Air Force Reserve MEAC Basketball Tournament. Howard controls their own destiny; they hold the tiebreaker over Morgan State University. If HU sweeps the weekend series versus DSU, the Bison are the number one seed. If they lose one or more games, Howard much watch what Morgan State does versus their series against Coppin State and Delaware State.
The tournament will be held at Norfolk Scope Arena on Thursday-Saturday, March 11-13, following a pair of first-round games on campus sites on Sunday, Mar. 7.
