2022-23 [Junior]: Named 2022-23 MEAC Player of the Year … Named BoxtoRow HBCU Co-Player of the Year … Named to the MEAC All-Tournament Team … Named MEAC Player of the Week on Dec. 6, Jan. 3, Jan. 31 and Feb. 14 … Led the conference in scoring with an average of 16.8 points per game ... She also led the MEAC in 3-point percentage (.358) and 3-pointers made per game (2.8) … Was sixth in field goal percentage (.402) … Was 12th in the MEAC in minutes per game (30.4), 13th in blocked shots (0.6) and 13th in steals per game (1.9) … She had 10 20-point efforts on the season, as well as two 30-point games – including a career-high 35 at VCU on Dec. 28, 2022 … Had 30 points in the MEAC championship against Norfolk State on March 11 … Scored in double figures 22 times … Led Howard with 74 3-pointers … Had 10 games with at least four 3-pointers made including a season-best nine against VCU … Averaged 3.8 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game … Enjoyed a trio of three steal games against American on Nov. 30, Elon on Dec. 2 and UMES on Jan. 9.

2020-21[Freshman]: Howell finished seventh on the team in scoring averaging 6.3 points a game, finished second in 3pts made (16). Scored in double-figures in four straight games 2/20-21/21 and 2/27-28/21 versus Coppin State and Delaware State respectively. Recorded a season-high 15 points versus Delaware State (2/28/21) knocking down 6-of-9 from the floor, connecting on two shoots from beyond the arc.
