2021-22 [Sophomore]: Played in 31 games and made 27 starts … Named MEAC Tournament Most Outstanding Player and to the All-Tournament Team … Selected to the All-MEAC Second Team … Earned MEAC Player of the Week honors on Dec. 7 and Feb. 8 … Led Howard in scoring (12.5 points per game average), 3-pointers made (61), and was second in steals (42) … Also averaged 2.8 rebounds, 1.4 steals, and 1.1 assists per game … Was third in the MEAC in 3-pointers made per game, fifth in scoring, sixth in 3-point field goal percentage, 15th in field goal percentage and steals … Scored in double figures 20 times … She had six games with at least 20 or more points: 25 in the MEAC tournament championship game against Norfolk State on March 12, 23 points twice against Norfolk State on March 3 and Delaware State on Feb. 7, 22 points against UMBC on Dec. 14, 21 points against Loyola Maryland on Dec. 1, and 20 points against UMES on Jan. 17 … Had nine games with at least three 3-pointers made … Made six 3-pointers against UMES on Jan. 17 and Norfolk State on March 3 … Had five 3-pointers against Delaware State on Feb. 7 … Recorded 13 games with at least two steals … Tallied a season-best three steals in games against Saint Peter’s on Nov. 21, Norfolk State on Feb. 10, Morgan State on Feb. 19, and Delaware State on March 9 … Handed out a season best four assists against North Carolina Central on Jan. 29 … She helped Howard win 21 games, the MEAC tournament championship, and earn its first NCAA Tournament victory in program history with a win over Incarnate Word … The MEAC tournament championship was Howard’s 11th in program history and first since 2001.

2020-21[Freshman]: Howell finished seventh on the team in scoring averaging 6.3 points a game, finished second in 3pts made (16). Scored in double-figures in four straight games 2/20-21/21 and 2/27-28/21 versus Coppin State and Delaware State respectively. Recorded a season-high 15 points versus Delaware State (2/28/21) knocking down 6-of-9 from the floor, connecting on two shoots from beyond the arc.
